Established since 2003, the Glamorous Restaurant is very much a family-run business. Tommy Hung together with his family, have travelled the Far East to bring over some of the best chefs from East Asia. Tommy is insistent on using only the very best fresh produce, which is brought in from all over the world to create a truly globally flavoured south-east Asian menu.
